Supporting a promising PhD student’s fight against Colorectal Cancer

In the pursuit of groundbreaking medical research, Ruvesh Pillay stands out as a dedicated PhD candidate in Biochemistry, working under the guidance of Professor Mandeep Kaur. His research focuses on a revolutionary treatment for colorectal cancer using a patented compound known as KS-01. Despite his remarkable academic achievements, having graduated with distinction at every level of study, Ruvesh faces significant financial challenges. Coming from a humble background, he supports his family, which includes his parents and grandparents, through limited resources. His family relies on a small pension and his father’s modest income, leaving little for Ruvesh to cover his daily living expenses.
