Hot Cares and One Insurance: A helping hand for Rozane and her family

At Hot Cares, we are honored to partner with One Insurance to bring hope and support to those facing extraordinary challenges, and Rozane’s story is one that has touched us deeply.

In February 2024, Rozane experienced a life-altering accident that left her with severe injuries, including multiple fractures in her neck and spine. Her recovery has been long and painful, placing significant financial strain on her family, as they faced mounting medical bills with no medical aid to cushion the costs.

Rozane’s husband, Stephan, worked tirelessly to manage the household, support their daughters, and care for Rozane during her recovery. His sacrifices included borrowing money and selling their car to cover essential expenses. Despite their efforts, the debt continued to grow, adding to the family’s burden.

Rozane’s resilience is truly inspiring. In July, she returned to work as an HR Manager, but the financial toll of her recovery remains overwhelming. That’s why Hot Cares, with the support of One Insurance, is stepping in to provide financial assistance of up to R40,000 to help settle these medical expenses.

This contribution will offer much-needed relief, allowing Rozane and her family to focus on rebuilding their lives and moving forward from this traumatic chapter. Together with One Insurance, we’re proud to support a family that exemplifies strength, love, and determination.
