Born with left hemiplegia, Qiara has faced challenges that affect her mobility and independence. Despite her condition, she excels academically and approaches life with unshakable enthusiasm. However, her inability to walk and run like her peers has left her vulnerable to bullying and emotional distress, impacting her confidence and self-esteem.

Qiara urgently needs an orthopaedic specialist to assess her condition and provide solutions, such as a properly fitted orthopaedic boot, to improve her mobility and quality of life. This intervention would allow her to participate fully in activities with her friends, fostering a sense of inclusion and joy.

Hot Cares is stepping in to make a difference in Qiara’s life. With a contribution of up to R40,000, we are covering the costs of a specialist consultation, MRI, X-rays, and a new orthopaedic boot.
